About Kona Kona Grill, based out of Phoenix, AZ, currently operates16 restaurants in 10 states. Serving American Fare that has a touch of Pacific Rim influence, some of the best selling items on the menu include Macadamia Nut Chicken, Baked Seabass, Basil Pesto Linguine, Shitake Goat Cheese Pizza, and Avocado Egg Rolls.
