New Charleston Office (06/29/2009)
Kotis Properties, in an effort to have a more prominent presence in the Charleston market, has relocated its' Charleston office to 102C Broad Street.
The new office is located on the second floor of a building owned by Henry Berlin. Henry and his son Steve own the adjacent men's store, Berlin's. The family business was started by Henry's grandfather 125 yrs. ago. The building is over 200 years old and originally had a dentist as the tenant on the ground floor and the upper floors were residential. The first floor is now occupied by the Broad Street Barber Shop which has been operating in this location for 30 years.
Scott Harrelson, BIC for Kotis' South Carolina offices, says "We wanted to have a location with more visibility and Broad Street was the obvious place. Once we found this space with the intricate moldings and original parque floors we moved right in."
