Kotis Properties Acquires Key Parcel in North Raleigh (08/27/2009)
Kotis Properties announced today that they have purchased a tract of land at 4404 Old Wake Forest Road in North Raleigh.
This acquisition adds to the 7-acres Kotis already controls on the busy Wake Forest Road retail corridor. “Having this piece of the puzzle really opens up a number of options,” said Jeff Nimmer of Kotis Properties. “It’s the largest zoned tract of land left in North Raleigh. It located next to a new Super Wal-Mart and it sits along a restaurant row including Hooter, Carolina Ale House, Pei Wei, Dunkin Donuts, and TGI Fridays.” Nimmer cited general retail, office, restaurant, and medical as potential uses on the site. “The zoning allows us to do a great deal, so we are open to all potentials.”
