Jeff
Nimmer joined Kotis Properties in 1999 after graduating from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.A. in Economics
with Honors and Highest Distinction. As Leasing and Brokerage Manager
for North Carolina, Jeff oversees the leasing of company owned properties
as well as restaurant brokerage activities in North Carolina. He has
also taken an active role in numerous successful re-zoning cases within
Greensboro and Guilford County.
Jeff brings resort hospitality experience as well, which he gained
while working as a Resort Hotel Hospitality Associate at the Armed
Forces Recreation Center in Bernau am Chiemsee, Bavaria, Germany. Upon
returning to the United States he became, at 26, the youngest candidate
to run for Greensboro City Council in 2003. Although unsuccessful in
his first foray into politics, he has stayed active in community and
civic affairs as an At-Large Board Member of SynerG, Greensboro’s
leading Young Professional organization.
