Neville Poots joined Kotis Restaurant Group in 2006 as a Brokerage Associate specializing in the Central South Carolina market out of our Columbia office. Neville has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years since immigrating from Northern Ireland.

• Previous owner Restaurant 1-2-3 in Irmo SC a fine dining restaurant with attention to detail that gave it a tremendous local reputation.
• Chapter President of the Columbia Restaurant association for 6 years.
• Secretary of the South Carolina State Restaurant association.
• State Board member for The South Carolina hotel and restaurant association over 15 years
• Recipient of "The Rudy Award" an award attained by only three members since it¹s inception
• Neville has operated multiple restaurants for both major corporations, independents and his own endeavors.
• After selling Restaurant 1-2-3 Neville became National Sales Manager for TEC Grills covering North America
